Light Cluster Studio — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases and downloads of digital products sold by
Light Cluster Studio (“LCS”, “we”, “us”) through
bananagrouphk.com (“Site”). By creating a buyer account,
checking out with Stripe, or downloading a .rbxm file, you agree to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
Community rules and announcements also apply in our Discord server. If anything here conflicts with a pinned paid-product rules thread in Discord #rules-tos, the English version in #rules-tos controls for paid-product licence details; these web Terms control checkout, account linking, and file delivery on the Site. 1. Eligibility & buyer account
You must link the Roblox account that will use the asset, your Discord account (identity for support and community access), and confirm an email address we send a verification link to. You represent that you have authority to use those accounts and that information you provide is accurate.
- You must not share your buyer session or let someone else pay on your behalf to bypass ownership checks.
- If you change Roblox or Discord accounts, contact staff before buying again — purchases are stored against the linked pair at checkout time.
- We may suspend checkout if we suspect account sharing, fraud, or prior leaks tied to your identifiers.
2. Digital products & licence
Paid listings are licences to use Roblox model files (typically .rbxm), not
transfers of copyright or ownership. Unless we state otherwise in writing:
- You may use the asset in experiences you create or operate, and modify it for your own use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, publicly leak, or share paid files with anyone who has not purchased.
- One licence is tied to your verified buyer account; we do not grant multi-user or studio-wide licences by default.
Free releases posted in Discord #free-products are governed by their own posts, not these paid-product rules, unless stated otherwise.
Roblox & in-experience use
- Assets are for use inside Roblox experiences you create or operate (e.g. bus simulation games, depots, fleet showcases).
- Listings are typically livery-neutral unless the product page says otherwise — you apply operator colours and fleet names in Studio; our names and logos are not an endorsement of any real operator.
- You are responsible for complying with Roblox Terms of Use, experience rules, and any applicable laws where you publish content.
- You may not extract meshes or textures for use outside Roblox, nor list our paid files on third-party asset stores.
3. Base models & add-on (DLC) products
Some products are add-ons that require a base model (for example, operator liveries for the ADL E200MMC base). You must own or purchase the base in the same checkout when buying DLC. Add-ons are separate SKUs with their own licence; buying DLC does not grant the base unless the base is also purchased.
4. Purchases & pricing
- Prices on the Site are shown in HKD unless noted.
- Checkout adds a separate card processing line item (grossed up from Stripe’s Hong Kong card fee, currently 3.4% + HK$2.35 on the charge) so payment costs are paid by the buyer and we receive the listed product subtotal.
- Any sales tax Stripe calculates for your location may be added at checkout.
- Pay only through this Site (Stripe) or flows we explicitly approve. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
- Each product SKU may be purchased once per linked Roblox + Discord pair; you cannot buy the same paid model again on the same buyer account.
Prices and product scope (including “On dev” milestones) are described on each product page. Features marked as in development may arrive later via library updates; we do not guarantee a fixed delivery date for future milestones unless explicitly sold as a pre-order with stated dates.
5. Delivery, downloads & updates
After successful payment, eligible files appear in your Downloads library on the Site. Delivery is download-only on the web — not via Discord attachments.
- Download links require you to be signed in with the same buyer account used at checkout.
- We may replace files in the library with patched versions; your licence covers updates we publish for that SKU.
- You should keep your own backups after download. We are not obliged to provide unlimited re-downloads if you lose files, but the library remains available while your account is in good standing.
- File names and internal Studio hierarchy may change between updates.
6. Acceptable use & enforcement
You must not:
- Leak, re-upload, or publicly distribute paid
.rbxmfiles or extracted components. - Sell, trade, or sublicense access to our paid assets.
- Attempt to bypass download authentication or purchase duplicate SKUs through alt accounts.
- Charge back a payment in bad faith after receiving files.
- Harass staff or other buyers in Discord or on the Site.
Confirmed violations may result in immediate licence revocation, removal from the Discord server, permanent buyer blacklist, and pursuit of damages where permitted by law. We may share relevant buyer identifiers with Roblox or platform partners when investigating leaks.
7. Intellectual property
LCS and Banana Group.HK retain all rights in our models, branding, and Site content except for the limited licence granted to you. Roblox® is a trademark of Roblox Corporation; we are not endorsed by Roblox. Real-world bus operators and model names referenced in marketing are for descriptive purposes only.
8. Third-party services
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Roblox and Discord provide OAuth login. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms that affect checkout or game availability.
9. Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us on Discord first. Filing a card dispute after downloading files may be treated as a licence violation. We may submit Stripe session metadata (Roblox id, Discord id, SKUs, timestamps) as evidence of delivery. Where we win a dispute, we may revoke library access for the affected products.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is” for use in Roblox experiences. We do not guarantee compatibility with every game, plugin, physics package, or future Roblox update. Simulation behaviour (handling, doors, displays) may depend on your experience scripts and settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law & general
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your licence; we may assign our rights as part of a business transfer within Banana Group.HK.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site or your library after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
